Description

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is responsible for protecting public health by assuring the safety, efficacy, and security of human and veterinary drugs, biological products, medical devices, our nation’s food supply, cosmetics, and products that emit radiation. The FDA is also responsible for advancing public health by helping to speed innovations that make medicines and foods more effective, safer, and more affordable, and by helping the public get the accurate, science-based information they need to use medicines and foods to improve their health…

Scope

The Contractor shall provide experts in internal communications; diversity, equity, and inclusion communications; qualitative and quantitative research for communications; and social sciences to design a research strategy and methodology; conduct research and analysis of CDRH internal communication channels and the content in them; and develop specific, feasible recommendations that outline the design, implementation, and measurement of a future state for a strategic communication framework to improve CDRH internal communications. The Contractor shall work with CDRH Technical Experts to make the changes required for improvement, which may include plans to upgrade or eliminate tools and channels, skills training for communicators, training and counsel for communications leaders and managers, and streamlining editorial processes. The six (6) general areas below are expected to be part of this Purchase Order and the comprehensive internal communications assessment:

Project management

  • Research strategy and methodology
  • Comprehensive channel and content analysis
  • Digital workplace experience study
  • Employee personas
