CDC Sources Sought: Consumer Privacy Services

Description

The Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) is seeking information on a potential requirement for “Consumer Privacy Services” with the following requirements:

The contractor shall provide ongoing personal protection software and services to two hundred (200) government personnel, with minimal actions required by the user.  The services to be provided are as follows:

  • 24/7 Privacy Monitoring – the contractor shall scan data broker websites and other various resources to discover personal details such as:
  • “profiles”—pages with the employees’ personal information that were created without their permission. Names Current and previous addresses Financial information Personnel information related to their immediate family and dependents.
  • Scrubbing of Personal Data – The contractor shall provide services such as, to remove the personal information found during the privacy monitoring. Proactive Data Removal
  • Administrative Dashboard – The contractor shall at a minimum provide a dashboard with the following components: overall risk of the organization and senior level personnel at highest risk and those that have outstanding tasks…
