HHS HRSA seeks Division of End User Support Deputy

Responsibilities:

  • “Providing Cyber Security support and develops and interprets policies, procedures, and strategies governing the planning and delivery of IT user support services throughout the agency. 
  • Providing the expertise to assess IT strengths and weaknesses and provides leadership to the Division in exploring alternatives and determining what improvements can be made (e.g., in work methods, processes and procedures). 
  • Establishing and conducting a system-wide process for evaluating the effectiveness and efficiency of desktops, printer, audio-video, smartphones and VoIP systems and ensuring are compliance with the information technology security policies, plans, and programs of HRSA. 
  • Directing, coordinating, or overseeing the work of subordinate supervisor, program/project manager, team leads, IT Specialist and other staff to deliver high level assigned IT services.”
