Bill Hamilton, a senior technology expert with extensive experience leading technical teams to design large and complex solutions, and who negotiates and awards requirements worth up to $2.5B, has taken on a new challenge as Vice President, Capture Strategy at Gartner. Most recently, Bill built a team that won accounts with DoD, GSA, VA, SSA, DHS, DoS, NARA, FCC, and SEC to integrate federally compliant cloud products and services into enterprise-level proposals through strategic partnerships.
