Rex Osborn, an established Federal Healthcare Informatics leader with significant expertise in Strategic Business Development, Opportunity Management, Capture Management, Branding and Product Management, has taken on a new challenge as Client Partner: Chief Architect Healthcare IT Federal at Philips.
In this new role, he will act as an advisor to key government stakeholders (DOD, VA, HHS, etc.) and lead the development of new opportunities in cluster solutions, including Connected Care, EDI, Precision Diagnosis/IGT Solutions, and Population Health.

- Director, Federal Healthcare Informatics – Cerner Corporation
