Giving Back for Future Women Leading for Impact

Making an Impact!

G2Xchange’s Leading for Impact, Women in Leadership Conference is all about recognizing women who are leading, driving innovation and change, and making an Impact. This year we will be giving back to the community, supporting that next generation of young women who will one day be leading the way. By purchasing a conference t-shirt or sweatshirt, you will directly help support programming to educate and equip girls to pursue opportunities in tech through Girls Who Code, an organization working to change the future for women.

Girls Who Code is a national non-profit organization working to close the gender gap in technology. Their programs inspire, educate, and provide girls with the computing skills they’ll need to pursue 21st Century opportunities.

Founded in 2012, Girls Who Code offers year-round program opportunities to girls in grades 6-12 across the nation through their Summer Immersion Program and Clubs Program. They are working to build one of the largest pipelines of future female engineers in the United States with more than 90,000 girls reached to-date. Girls Who Code is on track to achieve gender parity in computer science by 2027!
