“VA has established a Federal Supply Schedule (FSS) Blanket Purchasing Agreement (BPA) with Cognosante to provide advisory and assistance services (A&AS) to the Veterans Health Administration (VHA) to facilitate its transformation into a high reliability organization (HRO). Under the BPA, Cognosante and its teaming partners will work with VHA to conduct facilitated assessments of VA Medical Centers and develop and execute customized implementation plans to facilitate the establishment of HRO principles throughout.
