Press Release: Department of Health & Human Services picks AT&T for network modernization, wireless FirstNet access

“The US Department of Health & Human Services, Office of Inspector General (HHS OIG) selected AT&T to transform and modernise its network and provide wireless access to FirstNet. Under an agreement, AT&T will deliver to HHS OIG a fully-managed software defined wide area network (SD-WAN) service that allows improved visibility into routing, switching and other networking infrastructure.”

“The service supports application-based routing and the ability to control and update network policies across OIG operations from a central location. This will help HHS OIG operate its network more cost efficiently, AT&T said.” Read the full press release here.
