Carlton Foote, whose career has included experience as Business Development and Portfolio Lead for the Veteran Affairs VistA and Community Care Programs/Portfolios and capture and director roles for multiple $400M+ awards, has joined SAIC as Sr. Director of Business Development and Capture Management to be responsible for the overall growth and marketing of SAIC Health and Life Sciences with the focus on IT Modernization through a SAFe Agile approach.
