Ann Wolford-Connors, a former lead Army participant for the design, development and implementation of the $4.5 billion Defense Healthcare Management Systems Modernization (DHMSM) program, recently launched a woman/Veteran owned small consulting firm providing expertise in the areas of Health IT Governance, Electronic Medical Records, Military Health System, Leadership development and Change management.
