Cognosante seeks Solution Architect Vice President, CMS & Civilian Health IT

The CMS focused Solution Architect Vice President is responsible for creative problem solving. As part of the Federal BD/Capture/Proposal team supporting our CMS, HHS, and other government agencies, this person will dive into the customer’s business problem, identify potential process and technology innovations that can address this problem, and then communicate these solutions to the rest of the team: on a conference call, at a whiteboard, in a presentation, or in a proposal. The successful candidate will combine a career’s worth of understanding and awareness of the broad technology market with an intellectual curiosity to define and develop winning solutions for competitive government contracting opportunities. A successful Solution Architect is good at thinking, drawing pictures, and writing, and thrives in a collaborative, intellectually stimulating environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Develop technical, operational, and staffing solution approaches
  • Identify and advocate opportunities for technical and cost-saving innovation
