A licensed Clinical Psychologist, Dr. Lisa Roberts has dedicated her career to improving access to care.  She understands the importance of making an impact in telehealth and supporting a program that has reached over two million veterans to date.

For 20 years, Dr. Lisa Roberts has worked for industry supporting the US Department of Veterans Affairs Remote Patient Monitoring – Home Telehealth (RPM-HT) program. In her role, she leads a team that provides secure, patient-centric tools that monitor, educate, and help clinicians triage Veterans’ care for a range of conditions. Since its inception in 2003, this program has provided access to care for over two million Veterans from their homes. Lisa’s industry leadership and expertise have been instrumental in the execution and growth of VA RPM-HT. Multiple peer-reviewed publications demonstrated this program offers a lower cost of care, reduced ER visits and hospitalizations, and high patient satisfaction. The VA RPM-HT program is a 2023 Forum Innovation Award winner.

Dr. Roberts’ academic and business acumen led to her induction as a Fellow for the American Telemedicine Association, where she managed the Telemental health special interest group, publishing standards and guidelines and expanding group membership.
