West Des Moines, IA – Telligen is excited to announce that Jennifer Brotherson has been named the new Vice President of Federal Health Solutions.
Brotherson has been with Telligen for over 16 years serving a variety of roles within the organization. Most recently, she worked as a Senior Director, managing the implementation of multiple alternative payment models in support of the Innovation Center at the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS). She also has had oversight of inpatient, outpatient and quality improvement initiatives at the federal and state levels and has also managed the implementation of quality measurement systems for CMS.
“Jennifer has been outstanding at directing federal programs in our organization for many years. She will be instrumental in leading Telligen’s future growth and delivering value to our clients,” said Jeff Chungath, CEO.
Brotherson is assuming the role from Bruce Grotenhuis, who will move to the role of Vice President of Strategic Initiatives. In this new role, Grotenhuis will focus on company-wide initiatives and serve as an advisor on Telligen’s federal programs.

Brotherson will assume leadership oversight of Telligen’s Federal Health Solutions portfolio, including strategic planning, account management, operations, solution development and client satisfaction. Brotherson will be based in Telligen’s West Des Moines headquarters while leading teams in Telligen’s other office locations across the country. “I look forward to the opportunity to further Telligen’s federal health solutions and collaborating with our clients and partners on initiatives aimed at transforming the health and healthcare of populations,” Brotherson says.
