THIS IS A PRE-SOLCITATION NOTICE: The Network 10 Contracting Office, PO Box 492, Ann Arbor, Michigan, 48105, is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price, contract for Job Hazard Analysis (JHA) and Relational Database Services at the LTC Charles S.
