CDC taps Director, Public Health Infrastructure Program

Jonathan Carlson, a senior leader responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to improve the performance of national Healthcare programs and governmental operating divisions, has taken on a new role as Director at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Jonathan specializes in strategic planning, organizational design, policy development, stakeholder engagement, program management, financial management, communications, change management, and process improvement.

Prior roles include:

  • Deputy Director of CDC’s Public Health Infrastructure Grant
  • Associate Director for Program – CDC
  • Chief Performance Officer – CDC
