“Description of Action: The proposed action is for a firm-fixed-price delivery order to be issued under the National Aeronautics Space Administration (NASA) Solutions for Enterprise-Wide Procurement (SEWP) V Governmentwide Acquisition Contract (GWAC), for brand name AchieveIt Online, LLC (AchieveIt) Strategic Planning CloudBased Web Service.”

“Description of Supplies or Services: VA Veterans Health Administration (VHA) has a requirement for 100 Core Solutions and 3,000 subscriptions for brand name AchieveIt Strategic Planning Cloud-Based Web Service, which is a cloud-based web service that helps the health care organizational components develop, monitor, report, and most importantly operationalize organizational strategic planning functions. The goal of the Software as a Service (SaaS) is to reduce time spent by upper management and administrative staff on document development, tracking, and collating information while effectively providing integrated management of multiple plans that are linked to VA’s corporate strategic plan. VHA requires a commercially available off-the-shelf (COTS) health care-focused Strategic Planning Cloud-Based Web Service with backup and disaster recovery for data. VA originally acquired AchieveIt in June 2020 as a SDVOSB set-aside for VISN and select Program Office use, which VA intended to utilize at that level for at least three years. Since the original acquisition, there has been growing interest in using AchieveIt at all levels of the administration, to include VA medical centers (VAMCs) and VA Health Care Systems (VAHCSs). Therefore, VHA requires expanded web services to coincide with that term which will end on June 5, 2022. No additional option periods will be exercised under the original contract, rather those services will be assumed into this new contract with the additional locations. The period of performance shall include one (1) 12-month base period with one (1) 12-month option period…”
