VA inks $10M deal for Pega BPM and CRM software and FTE conversion support

VA FSC has a requirement to convert the existing perpetual licenses for Pega Systems CRN and BPM software to the new FTE license model. The conversion is needed due to Pega no longer supporting the continued maintenance on the legacy license model.

The FSC also has a requirement for Pega consulting services on the best practices and architecture for the use of the Pega software.
