DHA RFI: DoD Trauma Registry (DoDTR) IT and Database Support Services

“The Defense Health Agency, Joint Trauma Systems Center of Excellence has a requirement for IT and Database Support Services for the Department of Defense Trauma Registry (DoDTR):  Formerly the Joint Theater Trauma Registry (JTTR) is the military’s only Tri-Service trauma registry and is one component of the JTS, the military’s overarching global trauma system…”

“The contractor, as an independent contractor and not as an agent of the U.S. Government, commencing on the effective date of the contract and continuing until completion thereof, shall furnish personnel necessary to perform database analyst III support services. These services include: Providing professional database and computer administrator support; technical database for multiple databases and operation environments; creating procedures and scripts; assist designing new database tables, procedures, and techniques; database integration; complex database query and mining.”

3.3.1. Key Task 1: Provides database and computer administrator support of Joint Trauma System databases and associated database interfaces capabilities, to include installing and maintaining all Network connectivity clients for workstations requiring Oracle or other database access.

Acceptable Quality Level (AQL):  Completed as required 98% of the time

Monitoring Method:  Direct observation and Periodic Inspection
