The Contractor shall provide a Software as a Service (SaaS) Community Care Referral and Authorization (CCR&A) solution hosted in a FedRAMP High Government Cloud with operational expertise and support to VA users and non-VA users external to the VA network to ensure a successful implementation and continued sustainment of the CCR&A solution. The Contractor provided CCR&A solution must also have architectural and technical capabilities to connect with over 155 separate VistA systems.
The provider of the CCR&A solution must deliver the HL7, webservices, or other modes of communication appropriate to complete the connection to the selected product. The proposed CCR&A solution functionality will be assessed for capability available at contract award and the level of effort required to bring the proposed solution to a fully functioning product for VA. The vendor shall provide an anticipated timeline to deliver core capability and remaining capability in Attachment A as well as securing Authority to Operation (ATO) security approval.
