“C-HIT is currently seeking a Capture Executive who will be responsible for identifying, developing, and winning new business within the Business Development organization and with special emphasis on leading and capturing top pursuits. The Capture Executive is accountable for new business capture management, strategy development, managing the execution of the strategy, and monitoring progress toward organizational objectives. This individual is responsible for leading a multi-functional, high-performance team to accomplish these objectives in a dynamic, matrixed environment.

The Capture Executive is responsible for developing strategies within the HHS, CMS, Federal and state, and implementing specific pursuit strategies. Included are strategies for teaming, solution (technical, management, and cost) development, proposal staffing /development, etc. The Capture Executive leads a team through the development, implementation, and successful execution of these winning capture strategies keeping the opportunity qualified.

The Capture Executive is responsible for maintaining ongoing communication with management to report status and facilitate sound business decisions. This leader is fully accountable for all the activities related to the assigned capture opportunity through contract award. They are responsible for planning, controlling, and directing all related activities. The position requires a high level of engagement with close partnerships across a matrixed organization. The successful Capture Executive is able to influence, motivate and drive results in high-pressure situations. Shall demonstrate agile decision making, strategic thinking and ability drive the team to results.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration /Management or a related Engineering discipline
  • 15+ years strategic planning and management experience and demonstrated capture management experience
  • 10+ years of direct experience with the HHS and CMS and Federal agencies operating in multiple markets…” Read More Here
