Description:
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) in support of the Veteran Health Administration (VHA), Atlanta VA Health Care System (AVAHCS) clinical and community care is seeking information on contractors interested in and capable of supporting its requirements for brand name Document Storage Systems (DSS) Patient Case Manager (PCM) (consisting of PCM Suite, PCM Analytics, Consult Tracking Manager Plus (CTM Plus) with Ad hoc Premium Application Workflow Support). The Contractor shall provide brand name DSS PCM (consisting of PCM Suite, PCM Analytics, CTM Plus with Ad hoc Premium Application Workflow Support) software. The Contractor shall provide installation and training of the PCM software at the AVAHCSi. The Contractor shall provide support services to aid and support as needed when problems occur with the software. The Contractor shall provide all resources necessary to accomplish the deliverables described in this Product Description (PD), except as may otherwise be specified.
