Description
Boise VAMC intends to procure licensing services for The Health Data Exchange for medical records for Idaho patients. Brand Name or Equal to services for a base plus 4 option years contract. See Section B.2, Price/Cost Schedule, and D.1, Statement of Work for full requirements. Vendors, please include your SAM UEI number. Vendors shall be an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), authorized distributor, or authorized reseller verified by an authorization letter. Proposals shall be emailed to Denise.Patches@va.gov no later than 10:00 AM PST 12/15/2023.
