REQUIREMENTS:
- High level of vertical industry knowledge in the Federal Health IT market. The successful candidate understands the missions of the respective agencies and their cultures, organizational components, leadership, programs, and their challenges.
- Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years’ experience delivering complex IT services/solutions to the US Federal Government.
- Deep understanding of how to build a winning team, develop a win strategy, support Price to Win (PTW), support tech strategy development, and deliver differentiated bids that are technically outstanding.
- Experience including daily activities for program/project planning, tracking, analysis, team organization and coordination, subcontract management, comprehensive risk planning, conducting meetings, customer coordination, technical and analytical guidance to the team, briefing senior management, taking corrective action when needed, taking proactive steps toward risk mitigation, and assisting the senior management team in strategizing across the program enterprise.
- Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance of projects.
- Utilize expert communication skills needed to direct the skilled technical resources and report on the technical progress, issues, and problem areas, as well as write and review technical documents.
- Successful track record of winning CDC contracts.
- Strong relationships with the CDC business community in small and large capacities.
- Track record of winning 4 or more $50M single-award deals in the US Federal Government and CDC within the past 8 years…
