Vinh Bui, a project manager and longtime Federal employee armed with 25+m years of information technology experience, has taken on a new challenge as Supervisory Information Technology Specialist at the Department of Health and Human Services.

- Geospatial Information Officer (GIO) for NHTSA – DOT
- Information System Security Officer (ISSO) – DOT
