C. Scope of Work
The contractor shall perform the following digitization services:
Digitization services shall include the collection of several documents in various print mediums, and conversion to a final deliverable high-resolution Master Image PDF and two Derivative file formats. The contractor shall follow appropriate digitization standards and the industry recommended digitization parameters for digitizing materials. Adherence to professional standards and best practice guidelines ensures the quality, consistency, and longevity of these valuable resources. The Contractor shall hold a kickoff meeting within 10 calendar days after award. The Contractor shall present, for review and approval by the Government, the details of the intended approach, work plan, and project schedule for the effort. Dates, locations (can be virtual), and agenda shall be specified at least five (5) calendar days prior to the meeting.
