Responsibilities:
- Perform the full range of supervisory duties to employees.
- Set the strategic direction for the Office, plan the goals, objectives and initiatives required to achieve the strategic direction and implement the plans.
- Assess, develop, implement, and manage the Office’s programs, policies and services.
- Formulate program plans, carry out the plans, interpret the findings, and assess their organizational applicability.
- Ensure programs are administered in accordance with pertinent regulations, policies and procedures.
- Manage the budget for all of the programs and ensure contracts are administered appropriately.
- Oversee the development and implementation of more efficient and streamlined methods and procedures to accomplish the goals and objectives of the Office.
- Ensure that supervisors are properly trained and able to execute their human resources and equal employment opportunity management responsibilities in accordance with the appropriate procedures and regulations.
