“Title and Scope: The Office of Management and Administration (OMA) is presenting this statement of work (SOW) to acquire commercial off the shelf (COTS) case management software and services related to its installation. The case management software must allow VA OIG to input and process information (including intake and case referrals) related to Hotline Complaints, Investigations, and Congressional Inquiries.”
“Objectives:
- The contractor shall provide a COTS case management system to take over the case management capabilities related to Hotline Complaints, OIG Investigations and Congressional Correspondence. The contractor shall:
- Deliver software licensing containing the features needed to meet the requirements outlined in the SOW.
- The contractor shall provide services for the COTS case management system to meet VA OIG requirements. The contractor shall:
- Provide documentation, installation, configuration, deployment, and maintenance support to meet the requirements within the SOW.
- Deliver services to successfully migrate data from VA OIG’s existing case-management system into the COTS solution…”
