“As Director, Strategic Federal Business Development Executive – VA Growth Portfolio in Cerner Government Services you will be a key leader in the overall sales strategy, business development, execution, tracking and reporting for the Department of Veterans Affairs new growth portfolio. You will be responsible for identifying, pursuing and booking new contract awards in the VA market. You will partner closely with VA account leadership and capture personnel to identify, validate and shape VA new growth opportunities across Cerner Government Services (CGS) and Cerner Federal Solutions (CFS) corporate entities.
In this role, you will develop and maintain a pipeline of VA new growth opportunities using corporate business development and CRM tools. You will work closely with sales, operational, financial, and delivery leadership to review and revise product/solution offerings to respond to client and market demands. You will implement and support process improvement efforts across the full pursuit lifecycle (business development, capture, proposal, transition management) and general growth workstreams.”
