VA RFQ: Software House CCURE 9000 preventative maintenance services

The Contractor shall provide the following:

  1. Labor to conduct access control system testing.
    1. Test and inspection of all access control components to include access control panels, readers, locks, lock power supplies, door position switches, request to exit devices, and fire alarm system interlocks.
  2. Labor to conduct preventive maintenance per the manufacturers recommendations to include:
    1. All access control panels, panel power supplies, readers, locks, lock power supplies, door position switches, and request to exit devices.
  3. Software support for CCURE 9000 software.
  4. Software support for PIVCheck software.
  5. Equipment only- electronic access control system panel circuit boards.
  6. Emergency phone and onsite response.
  7. Provide written report of each inspection within 30 days of completion of inspection.

“The Network Contracting Office (NCO) 16 is seeking preferably Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Small Businesses (but will accept other than small business for market research purposes), capable of providing Maintenance and Repair of the CCURE 9000 Access Control System for the G.V. (Sonny) Montgomery VA Medical Center located at 15000 Woodrow Wilson Avenue, Jackson, MS 39216.”
