“This position serves as a Supervisory Program Manager, Information Technology (IT) Specialist, in the Office of Information Technology (OI&T), Development, Security and Operations (DevSecOps), Service Management and Planning (SMP), Service Delivery Management (SDM). The position supervises and manages staff and budget resources to accomplish major organizational IT strategies, initiatives, programs, and projects.”
Responsibilities:
- Leads, coordinates, communicates, integrates, and is accountable for the overall success of the program, ensuring alignment with agency or enterprise priorities.
- Develop policies and procedures to ensure information systems reliability and accessibility and to prevent and defend against unauthorized access to systems, networks, and data.
- Oversees development of program/project plans and acquisitions. Oversees the development of detailed program/project plans, tasks, schedules, and helps identify milestone dates to ensure proper sequencing of events, work efforts, and resources to accomplish objectives
- Provides technical and administrative supervision to (describe the subordinate units and staff) through subordinate supervisors.
- Provides feedback to leadership and stakeholders through appropriate reports, meetings, briefings, and information papers, both formally and informally
