“The Bureau of the Fiscal Service on behalf of the Armed Forces Retirement Home (AFRH) intends to make award to EnSoftek, Inc. on a Sole Source basis, under authority of FAR 6.302-1, for Electronic Health Records Systems (EHRS). EnSoftek, Inc. has been identified as the only source capable of providing the support related to Pre-Admissions, Admissions, and Non-Clinical Resident Fee Billing/Collections related to EHRS without costly development to build in the required capabilities as suited to AFRH’s needs.”
