“As a Senior Director, Deputy Program Manager with Cerner, you will be responsible for directly supporting the Program Manager for our Federal client in leading and managing the EHRM Program. You will act as a trusted advisor, subject-matter expert and escalation point for the client and Cerner senior staff through building and maintaining relationships, strategic consultation and resolution of issues. You will plan and direct cross-functional teams to deliver the Program on time and within expected scope and budget and develop and lead strategies to improve client satisfaction and referenceability and set the foundation to expand the business relationship through future sales opportunities. You will be responsible for leading regular service reviews with the client and Cerner leadership to track performance against KPIs and other goals and create and advance tailored roadmaps to drive client value through improved operational and financial results and patient outcomes.
