Serve as a government acquisition subject matter expert (SME) and join the Department of Veterans Affairs, Electronic Health Records Modernization (EHRM) program. Maintain responsibility for creating statements of work, whitepapers, lists of assumptions, cost models, and informational briefings related to acquisitions for the EHRM program. Collaborate with Cerner, the VA Technical Advisory Committee (TAC), and EHRM program leadership to guide task order development and ensure timelines are met through the delivery of tangible work products.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience with working in government policy and planning
- Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
- BA or BS degree in Engineering, CS, Systems, or Business and 10 years of experience with working in a professional environment or 18 years of experience with working in a professional environment in lieu of a degree
- Knowledge of the VA preferred
