The Contractor shall provide Program Management, SCCM Field Technical Engineering Support, SCCM infrastructure support, and Report Development support.
The VA SCCM systems use a variety of software technologies, operating systems and hardware. Software includes Microsoft Active Directory, SCCM, Structured Query Language (SQL), Terminal Services, and Web Services. Field support personnel are expected to manage many different kinds of systems at their facilities and resources are overloaded. In the last year, over 2655 SCCM-related National Service Desk (CA Service Desk Manager (SDM)) tickets were opened and resolved.
