“What You Will Do:
- Support the identification and capture of Information Technology (IT) technical consulting, management consulting, professional services, and IT services opportunities within the Federal Healthcare market, specifically the National Institutes of Health (NIH) and potentially the Centers for Disease Control.
- Leverage current relationships within NIH to obtain meetings with NIH decision makers and influencers and position Attain for opportunities. Work closely with Attain technical leadership to develop presentations and plan meetings.
- Create business development strategies for the NIH, and define and execute capture plans for identified opportunities.
- For specific opportunities, create win plans, develop teaming arrangements, and identify win themes and differentiators. Interact with client executives to understand major requirements, current issues, and strategies.
- Maintain current on NIH-related events, attend and report back on information gained from government and industry events.
- Regularly share NIH vision, opportunities, organizational structure and changes with Federal Health team members to promote customer understanding and information sharing.

“Experience:
- 7+ years of combined experience working within the NIH and/or with an organization focused on selling to the Federal government, preferably to NIH
- Existing relationships within the NIH
- Experience selling IT services and understanding of the IT portfolio at NIH
- Experience with identifying and capturing large ($25M+) opportunities
- Strong writing skills and ability to lead RFI responses, collaborating with other team members to collect content
