Mike Collins, a technologist with over 30 years’ experience in Information Technology and related fields, including time serving as a senior technical expert, systems engineer, specializing in Cloud technology, development, deployment and management for the NARA-wide Information Services program, has taken on a new challenge as Director of Major Incident and Problem Management at US Department of Veterans Affairs.
