Key Role: Act as a senior business leader responsible for managing programs and projects throughout the system delivery life cycle in the health market. Provide senior oversight and direction on technical management, service delivery, and overall contract performance. Maintain responsibility for driving proposal and business development activities. Oversee and apply advanced knowledge of principles of computer and information science to the advancement of digital systems development, DevOps, Application Program Integration (API) management, analytics, research, and regulatory operations. Leverage expertise to support the VA with benefit claims and case management or military health. Leverage expertise in managing the development of case management strategies, technical, data, and business requirements.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience with managing the development of integrated hardware and software systems in a federal government or commercial entity
- Experience with Cloud-enabled solutions, architecture development, and as a service offering
- Experience with managing government contracts in excess of $5 million per year
- BA or BS degree in Engineering, CS, or MIS
- MA or MS degree in a technical or business field preferred
- Experience with supporting the VA preferred
