Responsibilities include:
“Directs staff regarding all aspects of information technology solutions including hardware and software plans and program studies, policies, procedures, training and processes.
“Establishes projects plans in information technology, business information systems, IT program reporting, and business process analyses based on HHS and OMHA objectives to organize priorities, balance workload, and establish milestones and targets to ensure the timely and accurate completion of agency and Office of Management goals and to achieve results.”
Qualifications include:
“To qualify for the GS-15 position, the incumbent must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-14 grade level performing the following duties:
overseeing the maintenance of systems and databases to support a paperless environment; administering administrative and information resources management policy; serving as a senior advisory resource on issues related to office administrative issues (human resources, financial management, information systems management, etc.); and providing strategic advice and guidance to senior leadership on information technology initiatives and programs.”
