Crystal Robinson-Garth, an experienced leader skilled in National Training programs and as a program owner and supervisor of the Warrior Training Advancement Course (WARTAC) in which VA collaborates with DoD to offer a skill-bridge training opportunity to transitioning service members, has taken on a new role as Acting Assistant Director for Collaboration within the Agency’s Office of Strategic Initiatives and Collaboration.
