Lee Russell, who previously served as Branch Chief, has taken on a new role as Division Chief at the Department of Veteran Affairs. Lee brings 15 years of experience in procurement of real property, supplies and services using procedures outlined in the Federal Acquisition Regulations, VA Acquisition Regulations, Public Laws, and Agency policy.
