Summary
We are looking for a skilled technologist with experience in Data Science and Analytics to lead the Directorate of People Analytics within the Office of People Science. The Director of People Analytics directs quantitative and qualitative analytics, data visualization, performance reporting, data management, business process engineering, customer experience research, and IT system development and enhancement.
Duties
- At OIT, you will be working on a wide variety of projects that are relevant to your specific area of expertise. Possible projects could include:
- Strategically leading in performance management and data visualization to inform decision-making.
- Working on small, cross-functional teams with human capital, healthcare, education, and financial analysts to perform technical investigative research for delivering an outstanding employee and customer experience in delivering IT products that affect millions of Veterans.
- Analyzing computational models to deliver improved employee and customer experience with IT products and services.
- Researching how to effectively measure the health of the OIT workforce and provide recommendations to eliminate redundancies and improve outcomes.
