- Scope of Work: ELP VA requires support and assistance for the health information exchange within the El Paso region to improve health through collaboration and data technology. This service shall centralize health information from different hospitals and providers to create an electronic community health record for each patient. This community health record must enable providers and care managers to see a secure -and -encrypted patient’s health history from across the continuum.
