Responsibilities:
- Directing management and planning activities in four areas of expertise; clinical care, patient support, information and imaging systems, and the Office of the Chief Executive Officer.
- Coordinating plans for the renovation and alterations of space and facilities.
- Providing technical supervision and training to administrative officers and administrative technicians in the areas of administrative management, budget, personnel management and the management of the acquisition process.
- Developing, analyzing, evaluating, advising on, and improving the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization and distribution of work assignments.
