“NCATS requires a contractor to continue providing the coordination, communication and operations support to create and promote effective collaboration among CTSA Program participants. Anticipated activities include implementing innovative approaches to the collection, analysis, use and dissemination of various types of data to assess the impact of the CTSA

Program; fostering effective communication to support CTSA Program activities; and strengthening collaboration and team science among the participants and stakeholders. The contractor will be expected to work closely with the CTSA Program hubs, centers, external partners, stakeholders, and NIH staff in order to accomplish these goals.”

“For information technology (IT) related areas, the NCATS Information Technology Resource Branch (ITRB) is responsible for the operating system(s), databases, applications, system architecture, server and the security infrastructure provided and/or hosted by NCATS, while the contractor will be expected to be knowledgeable about and support these tasks and/or responsibilities in collaboration with ITRB as specified in the SOW…”
