The Michael E. Debakey Veteran Affairs Medical Center (MEDVAMC) hereby issues the following Sources Sought to Request Information (RFI).
This RFI is to seek contractors with the capability to provide all labor, tools, material, parts, equipment, supervision, software, license, certification, transportation, management, and personnel required to provide RTLS Operation and Maintenance (O&M) services, inclusive of RTLS application client and server software, operating system maintenance, operational support services and RTLS hardware.
The RTLS sustainment services of the procuring VISN shall include the following functions:
Preventive Maintenance: The post operation, proactive modification of RTLS products to detect and correct latent operating defects or conditions before they become effective faults.
Corrective Maintenance: The reactive maintenance performed to identify, isolate, and rectify RTLS operating faults.
Perfective or Adaptive Maintenance.
