Looking to leverage the experience Roxanne Byczkowski has gained in support of CMS over the past decade in a series of progressively responsible roles, this leader, with expertise in IT management, project management, research and analysis, and process development, was recently detailed to serve as a Senior Technical Advisor in support of the Acting CMS Continuity Manager for CMS’ Continuity of Operations (COOP), providing leadership and guidance on utilizing best practices to help shape the future vision of CMS COOP.
