“Position Description: The Senior Director has the primary responsibility for operationalizing contractual concepts, developing the appropriate technical approaches, creating and overseeing the staffing plans for Federal Health programs under HHS, Defense Health and the Veterans Administration. The areas of focus will require program expertise in development and implementation geared towards health insurance policy and programs (including financial management), health services research and evaluation, and administration of healthcare programs. This position will develop and implement strategies to maximize business for the Federal Services Division. This will include business engineering and re-engineering concepts, partnership development, client and project obtainment and sustainability, and innovation for program operations, compliance, and evaluation. Responsibilities will include improving ARDX’s brand through policy-to-practice expertise and effective program support and business solutions. This position will be responsible for leading a team in Federal Business growth opportunities and ensuring compliance with all contractual obligations pertaining to client business. Responsibilities will also include oversight of quality improvement initiatives to ensure fiscal responsibility and financial performance in accordance with corporate goals and objectives.
