Notice ID: 75N99224i000XX

Description

The intent of this Sources Sought notice is to gauge industry interest, capabilities, and relevant experience to support Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health (ARPA-H) Resilient Systems Office (RSO). The mission of ARPA-H is to accelerate better health outcomes for everyone by supporting the development of high-impact solutions to society’s most challenging health problems.

The RSO objective seeks to support the procurement of data for the Market Overhaul to Reward Public Health Elevation in the United States (MORPHEUS) program Outcome Toolkit.

Specifically, ARPA-H is looking for data variables for four different areas: maternal health, heart attack and stroke risk, opioid overdose, and alcohol-related health harms. This will feed into a dynamic, nearreal time Outcome Toolkit. This technology will allow Health Catalysts (MORPHEUS program participants) to calculate the baseline rate of selected health outcomes for a targeted geography. This tool will enable the targeted focus of interventions as well as the ability to evaluate improvements in outcomes in near-real-time.
