Major Duties: As the Deputy Executive Officer of OFAM’s Office of Operations Management, you manage the day-to-day operations of the Office, and act for the Office Director in his/her Absence with full responsibility for their assigned functions. Your major duties and responsibilities include:
- Serving as a principle advisor to OFAM’s senior leadership on all workforce matters, including advising senior management on the allocation of human resources in OFAM.
- Providing oversight and coordination of the work of administrative and support staff regarding OFAM-wide processes and procedures in areas of domestic and foreign travel; requests for IT software, hardware and phones; space allocations and property; payroll and time and attendance matters.
- Assisting in preparation of budget plans, reprogramming and transfer requests, and adjustments in conjunction with OFAM’s Executive Officer.
- Coordinating financial management regarding obligations, and expenditures for contracts and cooperative agreements.
