This position supports the mission of J8, The Deputy Assistant Director – Financial Operations (DAD-FO)/J8 and is located in Ft. Sam Houston, TX.
Duties:
- Exercise staff direction, operational coordination and review over the development, modification, and application of data management systems within Business Integration.
- Provides Directorate-wide advice, guidance and staff direction pertinent to corporate database IT equipment, software, current and potential applications, and the operation and maintenance of the system(s).
- Manage Division and Directorate-wide procedures accounting for Database Management (DBM) Systems usage ensuring high-intensity data processing does not interfere with normal hours of operation.
- Evaluate regulatory guidance, policies and standard operating procedures ensuring Division and Directorate DBM operation are compliant.
